1924 was the year Spring Ford was originally carved from the gently rolling countryside of Western Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. With Mingo Creek meandering through the acreage, water becomes a challenge on nine of the 18 holes. Sloped at 134 from the regulation tees, play is never dull. The Spring Ford Country Club golf course is rated one of the finest in the tri-state area and is currently the home to the Philadelphia PGA Championship.
